Whilst we are a small company, we specialise in lettings and management of residential properties in the South Bedfordshire area but bring over 25 years experience in all aspects of managing property portfolios from single entities to several hundreds of properties. Services Provided:
Tenant Find Only
This is our baseline service which includes our standard advertising package and “To Let” board, accompanied viewings, references and credit checks. Ideal for landlords who do not require us to manage the property, prepare a Tenancy Agreement or manage the check in process but need to find a suitable tenant.
Full Check In
Ideal for landlords who do not want the hassle associated with finding or managing a new tenant into a rental property. In addition to the services provided in the baseline offer (Tenant Find Only), we will create the Tenancy Agreement in line with current legislation, prepare Inventory, check in tenant and collect deposit and advance rent.
Managed Service
This service is designed to make the ongoing management of your property as simple as possible and includes collection of monthly rent, quarterly inspections and reports, management of maintenance requests, serving notice and eviction order applications.
